USAGE: It is mainly used for rigid PVC heat stabilizer.
PVC flake: rolling transparent hard flake, various card materials, food and drug package, porcelain white flake;
PVC film: thermal shrinking packing film, printing film, calendaring film;
PVC granule materials: transparent tools, bottle;
PVC pipe material: water tube, pipe fitting, transparent hose;
PVC profile: window and door profile shapes, sun-sheet.
DOSAGE:
Hard calender run/flow run: 0.6-1.8phr;
Half hard/soft calender run: 1.2-0.4phr;
Hard extrudation blown film: 0.8-1.8phr;
Hard extrudation tubular goods: 0.2-0.35phr;
Hard injection pipe fittings: 1.0-1.8phr;
Extrudation window & door profile shapes: 0.65-1.0phr;
Extrudation curtain/rubber hose: 0.4-0.8phr.
PACKING: In net 225KG plastic drum, 18MT per 20ft FCL.
STORAGE: Store in cool and dry place.Valid for 2 years.
