1. Introduction
This product is rare earth compound stabilizer based on lead, which produced by Ion co-precipitation and PbO modification & Superfine manufacture technical, which is advanced in the world. At the same time, add to high technical lubricant, anti-oxidizer, dispersing agent, etc. It is mainly applicable for soft PVC products squeezing proceing. Especially it is applicable for PVC cable proceing.

5. Product's characteristic:
5.1 Stability of dynamic and static characteristic. Convenient measure, no need grinding, without dust.
5.2 Reasonable lubrication system, which made lubricant balance of Initial period, intermediate stage, later period, which ensure the excellent squeezing in general formula.
5.3 This product has anti- oxidizer and light stabilizer, it provides extra proceing stability and Bears the period of five days for products.
5.4 It has good solubility together with PVC, the final product cable has good electricity performance, smooth & exquisite surface, and the color is bright.
6. Reference quantities: 100 portion PVC resin: 5.5-6.0 portion
7. Application method: It can be mixed together with the high polymer and other additives at the same time, suggested blender temperature:100℃-110℃, 5-8 minutes.
8. Package, Storing, Mark and Transportation
8.1 Package: Kraft paper compound bag, PE bag inside lining, 25±0.2Kg weight.
8.2 Storing: The product must be stored in the clear, shady & cool, dry & ventilate storehouse. The expiring date is 6 months from the date of produced.
8.3 Mark: company name, name of commodity, model, lot identification mark, date of produce, weight and quality certificate.
8.4 Transportation: In the transportation, the product must be covered by tarpaulin in order to avoid direct exposure to sunlight and rain. The carriage must be clear, not allow grit.
