sand and petroleum coke as its main raw meterials. Its hardne is between fused alumina and
synthetic diamond .Mechanical intensity of it ia hig-her ghan fused alumina. It is britte and sharp
and has electrial and heat xonduxtivity in some degree. The abrasives made of it aresuitable for
working on cast iron,non-ferous metal,rock,leather,rubber,etc.It is also broadly used as refractory
