General Information
NX-G16S is a mixture of glycerol ester of unsaturated fatty acid (oleic and linoleic).
Product Packaging: 20kgs net/carton or 25kgs net/ the plastic woven bag.
Storage and Handling: Avoid insolation, drench. Stored in cool and draughty place.
Shelf life: 1 year .
Product Application
NX-G16S is a compatible internal lubricant for PVC. The product poees the same properties as the liquid product G16 and can be used as a substitute.
It is used preferably for transparent application and can be used for food and drug packaging, and water supply pipe.
NX-G16S is suitable to be used with Tin mercaptide for PVC product and is non-suitable to be used with lead stabilizer for colored distinctly PVC product.
The recommended dosage is 0.8-1.5 /100 PVC for rigid PVC and 0.5-1.0/100 PVC for plasticized PVC.Packing:25kgs/bag
