with hand signature
Step 2: Seller iues FCO within 24 to 48 hours
Step 3. Buyer signs the FCO within 48 to 72 hours and sends it back via Fax
Step 4: Buyers bank send to the seller bank per Swift the original BCL and the
BCL copy per mail within 48 to 72 hours
Step 5: Seller iues the Draft Contract and the seller bank send the POP per
Swift to the buyer bank within 48 to 72 hours
Step 6: Buyer signs Draft Contract within 48 to 72 hours and sends it back
to the seller via fax or e- mail and the original contract per UPS / DHL etc.
Step 7: Buyer iues the inoperative L/C to the seller via SWIFT meage within
5 to 7 banking days
Step 8: Seller iues the Pre Advice Performance Bond within 48 to 72 hours,
which triggers the Inoperative L/C of the Buyer to become active.
Step 9: The Operative L/C from the Buyer activates the Pre Advice Performance
