China Color CHB plastic gravure printing ink demonstrates very good stability when printed to all kinds of films, on surface or on the inner side. Because of its excellent durability, this product can be printed on the outer packaging of seasonings, eence oils, grains, petty commodities and bakery products.
1. End Usage:
Packaging for fast foods, biscuits and confectioneries, transport packaging for eence power for soup, seasonings and petty commodities, rice and other grains and bakery products.
2. Materials for Printing:
treated co-extrusion polypropylene film, treated polythene film, N/C coating fiber film, sheet and acrylic resin coating polypropylene film.

4.Physical Features:
a)Adhesivene: China Color CHB printing ink will have no tendency of adhesivene as long as the drying is properly handled when transferred to the reel from the printing machine.
b)Flexibility: China Color CHB printing ink has good flexibility.
c)Grease Resistance: China Color CHB printing ink has high resistance to grease.
d)Rub resistance: China Color CHB printing ink has excellent rub resistance.
e)Heat resistance: China Color CHB printing ink has excellent heat resistance and can be used in heat sealing.
f)Odor: The China Color CHB has little odor and is suitable to be used in the printing on food packaging that has no direct contact with the stuff. This kind of ink is free from hydrocarbon solution such as toluene and xylene.

Use CPV varnish to acquire the greatest heat resistance.

Treated propylene:70℃
N/C coating fiber film: 85-90℃
7.Blending:
a)Quick-acting:
Water-free ethyl alcohol : ethyl acetate
2 : 1
b)Medium speed:
Water free ethyl alcohol : ethyl acetate : propylene glycol monomenthyl ether
2 : 1 : 0.5
If the solution diolves too fast, please use slow drying agents of our company.
8.Viscosity:
Under normal printing conditions, the viscosity is 18-25 seconds, Zahn cup viscometer No.3.
9.Washing:
Using common diluents system

China Color CHB printing ink has a wide range of colors for selecting. However, sometimes the selection is limited by the nature of the pigments. The light fastne of the color does not mean that the color can be exposed directly in the sun. If you have such requirement, please let us know in your order.
