2.Features:
a. The viscosity of this dilution between undiolved printing ink and diolved printing ink;
b. This dilution is used to weaken the color of the printing ink;
c. It is especially suitable for blending printing ink for spot colors printing and four-proce color overprint;
d. It is achromatous and transparent and can produce thin film when used together with printing ink, so it can noticeably enhance the brightne of printing ink.
3.Application range:
Achromatous and transparent, CHM-A printing ink dilution is especially suitable for blending pearl lusting and printing ink with light colors, and it is specially effective in enhancing the brightne of printing ink. It cannot be used as over-printing vanish, because the cellulose in the printing ink will have chemical reaction with cuprum powder to cause blackening phenomenon.
4.Diluting:
The dilution proportion for printing ink dilution with ester, alcohol and modified nitrocellulose is:
ethyl acetate : Ethyl alcohol or isopropanol
1 : 1
5.Viscosity:
1) Supply viscosity: flow speed 30-50 seconds, Zahn cup viscometer No.3, 25℃
2) Printing viscosity: flow speed 18-22 seconds, Zahn cup viscometer No.3, 25℃
6. Solid substance contained:
39-41%
