CHV-B sheeting gravure varnishing is suitable for sheet glazing printing and has a fine quality.
1.Base materials:
modified nitrocellulose and imported resin
2.Features:
a.High brightne and smoothne;
b.High transparence, clear printing effect, minor influence to the hue;
c.The formed film has comparatively high fastne and sound rub resistance;
d.Little odor and low solvent residues.
3.Viscosity:
1) Supply viscosity: flow speed 30-50 seconds, Zahn cup No.3, 25℃
2) Printing viscosity: flow speed 18-22 seconds, Zahn cup No.3, 25℃
4.Application:
CHV-B is a kind of over-printing varnish specially made for cigarette package printing. It is suitable for printing soft board package, hard board package and tinsel ivory board package. It has excellent heat resistance, which makes it is suitable not only for post printing procedures like bronzing, but also for high-temperature cigarette package machine.
5.Diluting:
Please use 100% ethyl acetate
6.Container:
Erosion-resisting metal barrels in line with international standard.
