CHV-C sheet gravure varnishing is among the top solvent varnish products in China market.
1.Base material:
modified nitrocellulose
2.Features:
a.High brightne and smoothne;
b.High transparence, achromatous, extraordinarily clear printing effect, minor influence to the bottom color;
c.Little odor and low solvent residues;
d.Good heat resistance, fast to dry and good rub resistance.
3.Suitable printing materials:
It is suitable for printing soft board package, hard board package and tinsel ivory board package. It has excellent heat resistance, which makes it is suitable not only for post procedures of printing like bronzing, but for high-temperature cigarette package machine. The printing effect will be better when used for the prework with dark fringe.
4. Diluting:
Please use 100% ethyl acetate.
5. Viscosity:
1) Supply viscosity: flow speed 50-100 seconds, Zahn cup viscometer No.3, at 25℃
2) Printing viscosity: flow speed 18-25 seconds, Zahn cup viscometer No.3, at 25℃
